Acceptance of Terms
Veterinary Services
Four Paws Angels Animal Clinic provides professional veterinary care for pets, including but not limited to wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, allergy treatment, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management.
All veterinary services are provided at the discretion of our licensed veterinary team. We reserve the right to decline services in cases where it is not in the best interest of the animal or the clinic's staff.
Our services are intended for companion animals only. Emergency critical care is not available at our facility; we will refer you to an emergency clinic when appropriate.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled via our website, by phone, or in person. Appointment requests submitted online are not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from our team.
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a required deposit for future bookings.
We strive to see patients on time; however, emergencies may cause occasional delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Payment & Fees
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as posted at our clinic.
All fees are subject to change. Estimates provided prior to treatment are approximations only. Final costs may vary depending on the animal's condition and the complexity of care required.
Four Paws Angels Animal Clinic is not responsible for any financial arrangements with third-party pet insurance providers. We encourage you to contact your insurer directly for reimbursement claims.
Owner Responsibilities
You represent that you are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of any animal brought to our clinic, with authority to authorize veterinary treatment.
You are responsible for keeping your pet's vaccination records up to date and disclosing any known health conditions, medications, or behavioral concerns prior to examination.
For the safety of all animals and staff, pets must be properly restrained (leashed or in a carrier) while on clinic premises.
Medical Decisions & Informed Consent
Our veterinary team will explain recommended treatments and obtain your verbal or written consent before proceeding with non-emergency procedures.
In a life-threatening emergency where the owner cannot be reached, our team may proceed with stabilizing treatment to prevent imminent suffering or death.
You have the right to decline recommended treatments. Our team will document your decision and advise you on potential consequences for your pet's health.
Limitation of Liability
Four Paws Angels Animal Clinic and its staff will exercise reasonable professional care in treating your pet. However, veterinary medicine involves inherent risks, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical history, owner non-compliance with post-care instructions, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those specific services.
